Massage therapy has many benefits throughout time. Massage therapy began as a sacred System of Natural Healing and is recognized as one of the oldest method of healing with references in medical text dating back about 4,000 years ago.  Massage is Holistic, it treats the mind, body and spirit. Massage Therapy uses manual manipulation to the soft tissue and the muscular structure.

All techniques are used for the benefit of the Nervous system, Lymphatic, Circulatory, Musculoskeletal system.
